
Meet Shellby Fulton, RN
Owner & Founder of Interconnect Health & Wellness
Shellby is a born and raised Yukoner, who is of Filipino, Indigenous, and mixed European ancestry. She is a proud member of the Selkirk First Nation and belongs to the wolf clan. Shellby is also a mother, daughter, sister, auntie, and friend to many!
Shellby brings over a decade of northern nursing experience and a deep commitment to reconciliation and healing. She has practiced nursing in the Yukon, NWT, and BC and in many areas such as: acute care, emergency department, advanced practice in rural and remote communities, educator, and healthcare management. She has several credentials, including: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Graduate Certificate in Rural and Remote Nursing, Certificate in Holistic Nursing, Nurse Coaching & Consulting, and a Master of Arts in Leadership Degree.
Shellby's professional expertise and lived experience bridges Western healthcare and Indigenous worldviews. She is known for creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, learn, and reconnect — whether that’s in a boardroom, on the land, or in client homes.
